supervised the entire construction of 143 towersites from start to finish. Attended executive, month, weekly and emergency
meetings between National Power Corporation, Siemens and Consultant. Subsequently was able to secure a subcontract agreement
between Mandrel Construction and Spectrum Construction for a total of 43 towersites.

Awarded the contract to conduct soil investigation,
topographical survey and soil resistivity survey of two (2) Substations namely Dasmarinas and Tayabas 500 KV Substations located

detailed working topographical maps showing the existing and new structures,
