·        Soil Investigation of 205 Digitel Cellsites under Phase 3 (year 2003-2004) located on the whole island of Luzon as accredited Contractor of ALCATEL PHIL. INC., with various subcontractors of ALCATEL.

·        Engineering Geological and Geotechnical Investigation, Topographical Survey and Soil Resistivity of  Dasmariņas and Tayabas 500 KV Substations located at Dasmariņas, Cavite and Tayabas, Quezon respectively, by SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES of France.

·        Engineering Geological and Geotechnical Investigation of 286 towersites of Masinloc-Labrador 230KV Transmission Line Project by SIEMENS INC.  of Germany.

SEPT. 1997 TO DECEMBER 1998:     SPECTRUM CONSTRUCTION/ SIEMENS          

 

Hired as Project Manager of Spectrum Construction and Development Corp. that have a contract to SIEMENS INC., to construct, erect and string 143 towersites amounting to 121 million pesos.

 

OUTPUT:

                  Managed and supervised the entire construction of 143 towersites from start to finish. Attended executive, month, weekly and emergency meetings between National Power Corporation, Siemens and Consultant. Subsequently was able to secure a subcontract agreement between Mandrel Construction and  Spectrum Construction for a total of 43 towersites.

 

 

AUGUST 2000 TO OCTOBER 2000:  SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES S.A.

 

Awarded the contract to conduct soil investigation, topographical survey and soil resistivity survey of two (2) Substations namely Dasmarinas and Tayabas 500 KV Substations located at Dasmarinas, Cavite and Tayabas, Quezon respectively.

 

OUTPUT:

                 Produced detailed  working topographical maps showing the existing and new structures, resistivity report for grounding purposes, conducted soil drilling with Standard Penetration Test,  Geologic Logging, Computation of Soil Bearing Pressure, Evaluation of Data and Recommendation. Submitted a final Geological and Geotechnical  Report.

 

 

EMPLOYMENT RECORD IN GOVERNMENT :

 

Employed at NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION from October 1979 to December 30, 1996 as practicing Engineering Geologist. Holding the position of Chief of the Engineering Geology Section when availed of early retirement, gaining a 17 years of experience in the field of geology primarily in investigation and foundation studies.
